Breakfast Casserole
Breakfast Casserole is a family favorite over here and our go to for special occasion breakfasts' and even occasional dinner.
Breakfast Casserole
1 lb hasbrowns
10 eggs
10 slices of cooked bacon or Sausage
1.5 cups cheese
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1 3/4 dried mustard
Cook hasbrowns as directed by instructions. Mix eggs and spices with whisk. Chop Bacon.
Layer in 9x13 pan
Hashbrowns
Meat
Cheese
Pour eggs evenly divided as much as possible on top
Bake at 350 degress for 30-40 minutes
